Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Yogurt Dip

This easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Yogurt Dip is the snack you need this summer. It’s refreshing, satisfying and so delicious.

I love snacks are ready to go. Protein bars. String cheese. Bags of popcorn.

But there’s also something really satisfying about taking a few extra minutes to whip something up too.

Trust me, this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Yogurt Dip is worth the extra few minutes.

You only need a few simple ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate chips. I love mini chocolate chips with this - just the perfect size so that you can get little bites of chocolate with every dip.

Plus, dipping fruit is such a fun and satisfying way to eat fruit.

Pairing fruit with this dip makes fruit much more filling too. Instead of eating some berries and still feeling hungry, this dip adds satiating protein and fat into the mix.

Have it as an afternoon snack, as part of your breakfast, or even as dessert when you’re in the mood (nope, this doesn’t replace any “real” dessert, but is a great to add with your other favorites). There are so many ways to enjoy it.

I recommend dipping berries of any kind, apple slices or melon like cantaloupe and watermelon. I also love it with pineapple. Basically… any fruit.

Enjoy it!

Mix the yogurt

In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.

Mix in chocolate chips

Mix in chocolate chips, reserving some to add to the top of the dip.

Serve with fresh fruit

Serve with the fruit of your choice.

For summer, try in-season berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries.

I also love to dip it with apples, honeydew, pineapple, melon and cantaloupe.

Everything else you need to know

  • Substitutions: Swap peanut butter for almond butter if you prefer or are allergic to peanuts. You can also swap for sunflower seed butter.

  • Sweetness: If you prefer it a little sweeter, add more honey.

  • Storage: Store this dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. If you want to make less at once, simply halve or quarter the recipe.

Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookie Dough

I looove cookie dough. Even though chocolate chip cookies are my favorite food ever, I’d actually choose the dough most of the time. And while I’m all about eating the dough while making cookies, I also wanted to create an edible (AKA safe), snack version of cookie dough. Enter: this Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookie Dough.

Double Chocolate Blended Baked Oats

These blended baked oats were another viral recipe that I was skeptical about… until I tried them. They’re so good. I guess that’s why they went viral!
